06.10.09 Man dies in his sleep outside North Pattaya Police Box.
On Sunday a Thai man was taken to the Soi Petragoon Police Box in North
Pattaya after he was involved in a motorbike versus motorbike road
crash. Although he was uninjured he was clearly drunk and Police
allowed him to sleep on a sofa next to the Police Box. He was checked
later in the afternoon and was found to have passed away. Sometime
before that, someone had written on his forehead that he was drunk and
also used a pen to draw a moustache on the man. Police Lieutenant
Colonel Wunlop from Pattaya Police Station was called in to inspect the
body and make a report of the incident and for now the cause of death
is unknown and officers will wait for the results of a post mortem
examination before they close the case.
